Caving Skills Weekend (Buchan)

This trip is designed as a skills weekend for people going on the easter trip so the trip will not fill on a first come first in basis preference will go anyone who meets that requirement, if space allows it will be open to others as well.

The particulars of the trip will depend on exactly what skills you need to learn for example the trip may simply focus on getting some caving experience before the longer easter trip or may involve learning Vertical/Rope skills such as abseiling and ascending rope.

Note: Vertical/Rope skills are not a requirement for the easter trip

Accommodation: Camping at national parks campground in Buchan (cost is usually about $8-10 per person). Campground facilities includes showers.

Gear Hire: $20 if horizontal caving only, $30 if vertical gear used (harnesses etc)

Petrol Estimate: $30-40
