Hello MUMC!
This is Romain from Hardrock. I know this is a bit late to let you know about the Victorian Leading Ladder 2013 series competition but anyway...
Bayside Rock, The Rock and Hardrock have come together to set up a climbing event this year. It consists of three rounds of two weeks starting February 20. For each round there will be 6 climbs in each of the four gyms. The idea is to get climbers trying as many routes as they can and eventually get to the top…
We have set up this event for the following reasons:
- It will be the first step in having gyms work together in strengthening the climbing community
- Get regulars from specific climbing gyms to climb in others, discover new features, new holds, new setting styles… And at the same time sharing experiences
- Get climbers excited about climbing event and at the same time gyms excited to build more

Please note: MUMC is not running this event. Everything is self-organised, and there is no trip meeting etc. Find a partner and a rope, head out to one of the participating gyms and CLIMB. :-D
