Thank you Geoff for Setting this course and being part of the organising team.
This event is the second of two run over the weekend. The Sunday event includes a 6hr public event and the 5hr schools, scouts and cadets championship.
Consider competing one day and volunteering the other day by logging onto the online entry system and clicking on Help Wanted icon.. We need coaches to access Schools teams on Sunday morning.
Location
Linton which is about 30km South West of Ballarat.
Course
The Course will be set to cater for Secondary age juniors from Scouts, Cadets and school teams competing on the Sunday
Same course on both days so please consider competing one day and volunteering on the other.
Accommodation
Limited camping for Volunteers is expected to be available at the Hash House it some B&B style accommodation isd the local area and loots of accommodation in Ballarat.
Map
The map will be 1:25000 scale with 10 metre contours, printed on A3 paper. (Non Waterproof for the public event)
Entry
Online Entry will open by 9-April 20 with late fee applicable from 11:50pm on Wednesday 22-April Late entry available until about Monday before the event. Please check closer to the event for exact date. Late fee applicable to late entries.
Event Entry Fees are:
Adults $32
Junior $21 (under 18) Juniors get free entry when in a team with an adult.
Final Instructions and Start location
Final instructions which includes start location and how to get there will be available on the VRA home page from Tuesday 28th April.
Team lists included any outstanding payments will also be on the VRA home page from Tuesday 28th April.

Event Format:
8:00 am Registration opens for both event and maps issues.
09:45 am Briefing - All must attend
10:00 am Start
3:00 pm Hash House food opens.
4:00 pm Finish
4:30 pm Approx time of presentation
Hash House Meal
We provide a Hash House meal at All our Rogaines and throughout the longer events. Meals consist of BBQ sausages. Hamburgers, Vegie burgers, Stews and Soups, Also deserts with Tea, Coffee & Milo available. Bring your own Plate, Bowl, Cup Cutlery and Chair.
