2x6hr Bush Tracks Rogaine

Event Date

Early calendars had us planning for the 7th and 8th November for this event however the annual Marysville Marathon is that weekend and we'll need to use a different date of find another location. It is likely we'll move our planned date to 21 & 22 November.

Location

TBC we are looking at Marysville with the intention of doing a Bush Tracks event similar to the Rogaine on the Ranges in the Dandenongs in July 2019.

Course

This will be a 2 x 6hr Rogaine. Do which ever day suits you best and volunteer on the other day.

Need a team or person to compete with for a Rogaine. Contact our Partner Finder service before Entry Late Date so we can team you up with others looking. More Information.

Accommodation

Camping at the Hash house is not expect to be allowed.

Entry

Online Entry will opened by 16-Oct with late date of Wednesday ??:??(11.59pm). Online late entry will close about Tuesday before the event. Check the web site for the latest time after late date.

Event Entry Fees are:

Adults $32

Junior $21 (under 18) Juniors get free entry when in a team with an adult.

Final Instructions and Start location

Final instructions which includes start location and how to get there will be available on the VRA home page from Tuesday DD/MMM .

Team lists included any outstanding payments will also be on the VRA home page from Tuesday DD/MMM.

Please download and complete an Indemnity Form from the Public Entry page. ALL team members must sign the form.

Event Format. the same each day:

8:00 am Registration opens for both event and maps issues.

9:45 am Briefing - All must attend

10:00 am Start

4:00 pm Finish

4:30 pm Approx time of presentation
