Requirements: Previous caving experience preferred however in some cases appropriate climbing or other experience may be substituted if your interested and have no caving or limited experience please contact.

Weekend trip to Buchan to teach the basics of vertical caving being  caving which nivolves rops and how to descend and ascend ropes, pass anchours and knots while on rope.
Trip plan 
Spend a few hours Saturday morning teaching and the Saturday afternoon and Sunday to do a series of vertical caves some specifically to practice the techniques learnt in the morning and then to just go vertical caving most likely ending in Baby Berger whose final pitch is a 30+ metre free-hanging abseil.
