MUMC Annual General Meeting 2023

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday 19th September at the MUMC clubrooms. Pizza and drinks included!

All members are encouraged to join in! 

You’ll get to hear from committee members about what has gone on in MUMC for 2022-23, hear some enthusiastic stump speeches for those going for roles, and most importantly, get to vote in the 2023-24 MUMC Committee!

If you’ve enjoyed coming along to MUMC events and trips, and are keen to give back to the club, then go ahead and nominate yourself for a committee role! There’s roles for each of the sports, exec positions, and positions for publications and conservation! 

You can nominate for committee by filling out the nomination form (on the documents page) and email to . Applications close at midnight on 12 September (late applications accepted, but not encouraged). Don't worry about needing a seconder, just put yourself down and send it off!
