Are you currently a Probationary ILC and just need to practice your rescue skills before the assessment? This is the night for you!
One of our MCI's, Isaac, will be running a basic rescue workshop and covering all the rescue related skills in the ILC Assessment sheet.
In short, the workshop will cover...
- Tying off the belay device
- Escaping the belay
- Z-drag (pulley systems)
- Assisted Hoist
- Lowering past a knot
- Abseiling past a knot
- Prusiking past a knot
