Canyoning in the Otways

It's that time of the year again...

Prepare for many leeches, lots of ferns, warm-ish weather and a good ole fashion day of type 2 fun.

The plan will be to leave Melbourne at 6am and drive to Sabine or Carisbrook Falls.

Canyon difficulty is either v4/a3 or v3a4 - there will be a dozen abseils at either canyon spanning up to about 50m, all with mixed levels of flow. 

Expect a full day of canyoning, hoping to make it back to the cars in time to get fish and chips in Anglesea (quite possibly the best fish and chips in all of Victoria) and chase the sunset on the car ride home. 

Requirements: Previous canyoning skills are recommended. To attend this trip, you will have to be checked off for the Beginner Skills Matrix.
