I'm Speculating That It's a 4 Mountain Kinda Weekend

Come join me on a fun walk up some mountains. The participant limit on this trip is currently 5 because we only have Alexis's car (and 5 will be very cosy), so if you have a car, please sign up and I will open the trip to more people.

Day 1: 17.2km, 1478m elevation

Leave the club rooms at about 6:00am and drive to Upper Howqua Camping Area (about 4 hours). We will then walk up the Howqua Feeder Track, over Mount Howitt to the Australian Alps Walking Track. Continuing on the Australian Alps Walking track we will go over Crosscut Saw, Mount Buggery, and our final mountain of the day: Mount Speculation before we drop down to our campsite at Camp Creek.

Day 2:

Essentially just day 1 in reverse. There is an option to go down a different track back to the car just after Crosscut Saw, but this is dependent on whether it looks good when we go past it on day 1 (It's also not a shortcut, just might be a fun bit of variety). Once we are back at the car we will drive back to the clubrooms and probably stop at the takeaway in Mansfield on the way.
