Long way round to Sealers

Wilsons Promontory is offering free camping over the summer and has been rushed for bookings. However, with track closures still isolating Sealers Cove right out on the edge of peninsula it has remained quiet and few have braved the challenge of 50km over the weekend.

Steep hills along the hot, dry, and slippery tracks push this off into an extreme effort. Participants will need some prior experience in similar long distance walks or marathon running. Google guesses 6 hours walking time but reality is more like 8 hours+ each day. The reward? perhaps one of the prettiest beaches in Australia all to ourselves.

Transport costs $30-40 per person.
