Blue Mountains & CO: A Climbing Adventure

I'll be heading to the blue mountains & surrounding crags for about 2 weeks for some bouldering, sport, and maybe even some trad! The Blue Mountains are renowned for some of the best climbing of the country and I would love to share that with others!

Looking to take a small group with me (1-4 people) for at least part of the trip, come and go as it suits you! I have space for 2-3 people in my car.

Regardless of climbing discipline, prior experience climbing outdoors is preferred. I'm pretty flexible so as long as you enjoy one of the three, sign up for an expression of interest!

You will need at least your own sleeping mat/bag & harness/shoes. This can be hired from the MUMC gear stores on the Tuesday before the trip. Equipment wise I can arrange a 4-man tent, cooking equipment & a stove. I have 2 bouldering pads, sport gear & about half a trad rack.

For sport & trad you should at be at least ticked off as a seconder in the framework. This requires a lead pass from the gym and some correspondence with our ropes officer Riley . I would also highly recommend getting ticked off to clean sport anchors and become an SILC, that way your can lead sport climbs! If you have prior experience trad or sport climbing submit your logbook to Riley!
